Great Weekend!

What a whirlwind this weekend was. I was in LA Friday night for an event and pledge to Save Africa’s Children. This was a very cool event and I would challenge you to check out their website. In the green room, I was amazed by the folks invloved and how thier hearts were to make a huge difference. Thanks Bishop Blake for the great hospitality and the difference your vision is making. We are proud to make such a difference in peoples lives!

Now today, I had breakfast at Noshville Deli and ran into a friend of mine from White House. His son has been ill and I was glad to spend time with him. He was at Vanderbilt getting his 6 month MRI and the results will be back on Wednesday. I pray that things will be fine. Today, I was to go to the Titans game but I thought – there are 4 in their family and why don’t they go? I handed off my tickets to them and wish them a great time at the game. My team is there and I am sure they will miss me ( ha ha ) but it was more important for me to lend a hand out and not think just about myself.

Tiffany joined me for breakfast on her way to band practice for an upcoming concert and I am going to play catch up. I have alot to be thankful for and one of them is the people around me. Now think about this, I did not know that my friend was going to be at Noshville and I had 4 seats to the game today – so why did that happen? I love communicating with my hands and reaching them out to people!

So leaving the office now, going to the gym and thankful for all I have in my life – moving forward and focusing on how bright the future is! What are you focusing on?
