Some people do not understand a CEO that thinks RENT is cool and then the majority are supportive of my choice. So here goes another RENT blog from a real guy – me …………..

In RENT, Angel dies of AIDS. It was a quick but painful death. As much as his relations, friends prepared, they were not prepared for his passing. Many of us have experienced this in our own lives and had no time to prepare because of a tragedy. A love one that died unexpectedly – you can never prepare for this, life is precious.

In RENT there is a song, No day but today. Below you will find a clip from youtube.com from the movie when Angel died and the response from his family and friends. The song states – there is no day but today and reflects on life encouraging us to maximize our time while we are here – it can change quickly, expectantly and to capitalize on TODAY.

I have to admit, sometimes I do not capitalize on today because of junk. Junk clutters our world, perspective, schedules and focus. I hope this clip makes you think as it has done me. Remember – there is no day but today!
