Our fiscal year just ended in June. Candidly, I am very impressed with the results that we will be reporting. In addition to increased donations to exceed 38M, the most important thing is that our OUTREACH has grown to distributing a pair of shoes every 13 seconds. That means that people here in America and all over the world are benefiting from everyones participation in our charity. We are truly “changing the world one pair at a time!”

The new opportunities is we want to improve on this. For our FY 2010 (July 09 to June 10) we want to give away a pair of shoes every 9 seconds. That is a 30% increase. That means that all of our departments have to step in and step up to do more to help us achieve this goal.

Last, the best number that I can report is less than 3% of our income is for Operating the Charity. This means that when you donate 97% of what you donate goes to the cause of putting shoes on peoples feet.

So there is a snapshot and motivation to get further plugged into our cause and mission.
