"Do it Again."
I was laughing at the airport last night when a child and father were playing and the child after being tickled- kept telling her dad to “do it again.” I thought back when Melissa, now my almost 21 year old daughter and I would play and she would say do it again, daddy. Candidly it was exhausting sometimes but I did it again as the game we were playing made her giggle with that child-like joy that parents miss so much.
Thinking through this overnight, I woke up with the thought about my life and yours – we do it again every day. HOPE motivates us to do it again, offering HOPE does the same – when we see a smile that is on a face of a person getting a pair of shoes – we want to do it again.
This phrase really has my heart stirring to see what can I do again to impact the world or you? It is as granular as a smile on your face with someone, a thank you, a gesture of some sort – but just do it again. It is contagious.
